"Top Quality Hotel & Helpful Staffs" It's good place for accomodate, room had include free breakfast, nice room and the best customer service. The hotel is very close to the night market and local restaurants. They also offer laundry service. The staffs are very friendly. Thank you for everything Ms. Loan Nguyen. Highly recommended. "Great Hotel" This hotel is located in the heart of the old district of Hanoi, at walking distance of most sights and museums. All the staff is really friendly and helpful, they speak english and some even speak french. The rooms are clean and spacious but most of them don't have windows. There is free internet access and wifi and the hotel also offer tours. |
"VALUE FOR MONEY!!" My family and i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in january 2010, and i would have to say that the quality and service of the hotel was outstanding. all the fittings and fixtures were all high standard, free wifi was fast, staff was extremely friendly and met your every needs, location was absolutely fantastic, close to EVERYTHING. Mr Duc was there to meet and greet us, as well as see us off home. DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! and would definately stay there again. |
